Robert Alexander Love IV

Robert Alexander Love IV of Columbus, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 of natural causes from an acute illness. Robert was born on January 8, 1972, son of Dr. Robert A. Love and Patricia Love of Hamilton, Ohio. He was a brother and best friend to Tracy (Love) and Scott Huentelman and Kelley (Love) and Matt Chretien; dedicated uncle to Samantha and Jessica Huentelman and Phoebe, Maxine and Alexander Chretien. Robert grew up in Hamilton Ohio, graduated from Hamilton High School and attended college at The Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College. Robert was employed by Pro Health Care Services as a home health aide, working full-time taking care of individuals with special needs, in-particular those, on the Autism spectrum. He was passionate about his work and dedicated to the care of his patients. For the past four years he held a special position as an aide to his niece Phoebe. Robert was completely committed to her and helped Phoebe excel developmentally and socially. In addition to working for Pro Health Care he spent the rest of his day taking care of his younger nieces and nephew as a full-time caregiver. From the minute they came home from school until they went to bed at night, Uncle Bobby was there; taking them to all their activities and school functions, cooking their meals and helping them with homework. He was a role model to his two oldest nieces, inspiring them to pursue educational and career goals, as he worked towards obtaining an additional LPN licensing to enhance his own career related to patient care and helping others. Affectionately known as Uncle Bobby to most in the neighborhood, he will be missed by all who knew him. Robert (Bobby) touched the lives of everyone he met with his fun-loving and kind spirit. He treated all his friends like family and his absence will be a great loss. In lieu of a funeral service, a celebration of life will be held later this summer in both Hamilton, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio.
