Eleanor M. Edwards, age 90, formerly of Columbus, passed away in Cincinnati on Friday, May 6, 2022. She was born in Cincinnati on June 12, 1931, the daughter of Paul and Ella (Daulton) Hahn. Eleanor married Ralph W. Edwards in Mason on June 3, 2006. She was employed by the IRS as a tax processor for 20 years retiring in 2005. Eleanor is survived by her husband, Ralph; her children, Alice (Ron Casto) Gundler, Punta Gorda, FL., Alvina O’Neal, Liberty Twsp. and Dolly (Rick) Proffitt, Liberty Twsp, Tom (Melissa) Grigsby, Columbus; a brother, Samuel (Susan) Hahn; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husbands, Ance Grigsby in 1996 and George Mangold in 2019, son, William Charles Mangold, and a sister, Pauline Columbro. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd., Hamilton, Ohio, 45013. Services will follow at the funeral home at 12:30 p.m with Pastor Tim Mullins officiating. Interment will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
